About the event
Rest & Reset is a Yin Yoga & Meditation class that has been offered in South Fremantle since 2021. We are guided through gentle mindfulness meditation and I also incorporate easy breathwork and relaxing and self soothing imagery based activities. This class is great for anyone wanting to work on stress management, anxiety, dysregulation or just relax deeply.Â
I am very happy to now offer this class free of charge to the community. This is a monthly event and online bookings are still essential.
